All orders placed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, by 11 a.m. EST (Eastern
Standard Time) will be shipped within 24 hours pending credit approval and
all items are in stock. Any orders placed any time after will be shipped
the following business day.
Next Day delivery orders placed after 11 a.m EST will be shipped the
following business day. For example: If a Next Day delivery order is placed
after 11 a.m. on Monday, the item will be shipped on Tuesday and arrive
on Wednesday. Please note: Next Day and Saturday delivery
is not available in all areas.
BlingIce will contact you with a follow-up email if
the merchandise you have selected
is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. You will
also receive an email with a tracking number for your order once it has
been shipped.
Currently, BlingIce does not ship
to Post Office boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Domestic
U.S Shipping
Domestic shipping within the continuous 48 states
is handled by Federal Express, the United States Postal Service or UPS
and is based on your purchase total and weight. Use the table below to
find out your shipping charges. You may select from Standard Ground Mail
(3-8 business days) or Priority Express Mail (2-3 business days). Please
note: All Priority and Next Day Air packages require
a signature and will not be released without a signature. The
delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time
of delivery.
International
Shipping
Most International packages are sent via Federal Express,
UPS or the United States Postal Service. International orders can sometimes
take up to a month to receive. Shipping charges include brokerage fees but
do not include taxes or duty. Please note: Some countries
will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. Customers are responsible for
all taxes and duties. Call your local customs office to find out details
about these charges. Please note: Most packages require
a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery
of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.
Returns
BlingIce wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange
or refund within 30 days of receipt. Simply, send us an email at sales@blingice.com.to obtain a return authorization number. Please let us know why you are
returning the item, so that we can take measures to improve on our service.
When returning your item,
we recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance.
BlingIce is not responsible for any merchandise lost during shipping. Return
postage is the responsibility of the sender. Please include a copy of your original
invoice. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the
amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card
or account. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for your refund to
be posted to your credit card.
Please note that all items must be in the same condition as you received
it with all tags still attached. Please make sure items show no signs
of wear including make-up and deodorant. Used or stained clothing will
not be accepted.
Exchanges
BlingIce is happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even
another item. We recommend that you email us at sales@blingice.com.and
tell us what items you will want to exchange. We will hold the new items
for you for a limited time until we receive your sent package. There will
not be any additional cost for you to have your exchanged items shipped
back to you.
In addition, if you will like to add items to your order at that time,
those items will be shipped free to you. This offer is extended once for
each order with paid shipping.
