Ordering from BlingIce is easy and secure. You can order from us
via internet or you may use the provided order form to fax us an order.
Once an order has been placed you will receive two emails. One email will
be sent confirming your order and another will be sent with a tracking
number for your convenience once your order has been shipped.
Forms of Payment
BlingIce accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express. We also accept Paypal and Echecks.
For Your Protection
For our customers protection, we are only able to ship items to the credit
card holders billing address. If you will like an item shipped out elsewhere,
you will need to contact your credit card company and have them add the
shipping address to your account. If you find this to be an inconvenience,
please contact us at sales@blingice.com.and we will do our best to accommodate you in any way we can.
Out-of-Stock
Items
Although we make every effort to keep a good stock of all items and keep
our customers happy, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are
out of stock on an item that youve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping
confirmation. Please contact us at sales@blingice.com.if you have any questions regarding this matter.
Cancelling an Order
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will try to ship it to you
as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to
cancel any part of your order please contact us as soon as possible at sales@blingice.com.
Mail Order Form
For your convenience, we have provided a Mail order form if
you prefer using this method for placing an order. Once your order is received,
we will send you an email to notify you that your order has been placed.
